Dressing:
Cider and balsamic vinegars
Olive Oil
Teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
Salad:
Wild rice, cooked and cooled
Dried cranberries
Pecans
Lemon zest
Cilantro
Mandarin oranges, drained
Salt and lots of fresh ground pepper
Red or sweet onion, finely chopped
Mix altogether and enjoy!
