Combine:
2 cups whole wheat flour
6 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped walnuts
Heat in sauce pan:
½ cup water
1 cup canola oil
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
Pour liquid over oat mixture and stir until well mixed. Spread out on cookie sheets and bake at 250 for about 1 hour; turn often. Store in tightly covered container.
