2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 tomato, chopped very fine
½ cup finely grated carrot
½ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Form burgers. Arrange on an oiled baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes on each side (turn carefully), or until browned. Serve on a bun with onion, lettuce, tomato.
